Character: Aniane
2nd RPG: AIM
Last RP session ended: March something, 2003

Copga Misal: Aniane awoke to a cold stone floor. The room was dank, and bathed in only darkness. He ached all over, his cheek bruised... those highwaymen had been relentless in their robbery... where the bloody hell was he now?

KetlinNarris: (woohoo!)

Copga Misal: (^^)

KetlinNarris: Tthe boy shook his head as he tried to sit up. Yeah, bad idea. Throwing up was a far better idea than shaking ones head after getting the tar beaten out of one. Aniane sat up partway and squinted painfully at the room. Right. No light. THis cant be good.

Copga Misal: As his eyes affixiated, he noticed that the room was far larger than the average cellar... he couldn't see the ends of it. Above him where the sounds of the night... high up there was a small hole, and a speckle of star... a well?

KetlinNarris: Aniane stood up slowly and sniffed the air. A cave? I'm already lost so there's no point in sticking around. Reluctantly, he left the one spot of light and headed out to his left somewhere to see how far he could go.

Copga Misal: "Walk softly... you never know what wanders about in the dark..." a voice echoed in his mind.

KetlinNarris: Aniane whispered back. "Who is it?" and stopped walking altogether.

Copga Misal: "In good time... near you should be a sword of some sort... I suggest you pick it up." the voice returned. Sure enough, a long sword lay inches from his feet. heavy for a young one like himself, it was still wieldly.

KetlinNarris: Aniane narrowed his eyes at the darkness as he picked the sword up. To his bare feet, the sones were cold, and in the morning he would be apart from the sun. Underground was not a place for him, and he did not like games. "You put me here?"

Copga Misal: No answer came... what did come, Aniane would probably have perferred to stay away. It was the sound of breathing, all around him. Red glowing eyes, 8 pairs came from every direction, aswell as foot falls. Then, came that evil little laugh...goblins.

KetlinNarris: Holy...I'm not a swordsman! Aniane complained to himself, treading softly the way he had started out. This orcastrated (sp) farce didn't seem something he could escape despite the threat of death. All he could do was sneak and swing his sword.

Copga Misal: "Fool boy, they know where you are... they're just curious as to what you're going to do, before they cut you and eat you peice by peice...alive. Your best action, at this time, would be to come to me." came the voice oncemore. It seemed so matter of factly, that annoying arrogance of experience.

KetlinNarris: "Where?" Aniane asked, not bothering to whisper anymore. Like he really had a choice.

Copga Misal: "Forward. And make haste... sword first, don't stop." came the reply, as he could hear more shuffling... they where getting closer.

KetlinNarris: Why cant he just talk like a normal human being? THe boy fret as he followed the intructiones, straining his eyes against the dark. THe dark was NOT his friend.

Copga Misal: A blade glanced his, as an angry hoot filled the air, followed by seven others. Here they came... He now noticed something, after a few moments of running. A tunnel was coming up... it was lit, too.

KetlinNarris: Aniane stopped swinging his sword quite as much and ran for it. (what am I, magic? the boy's not a swords man ^_^)

KetlinNarris: (and neither am I)

Copga Misal: (lol)

Copga Misal: As he entered the tunnel, the torchlight illuminated the rest of the way... something was aggrivating the goblins, who stopped at the entrance...arguing? The tunnel came to a turn...

KetlinNarris: Aniane spared a moment to look for his helper/enemy/ whatever that guy was who spoke into his head. He didn't care what the tunnel contained and after said pause, trotted right into it. Copga Misal: He saw nothing of his ally, but only the tunnel, which continued for a short while.. to a dead end. On this particular end, was a symbol... it was that of a burning sun... a handprint in the center... beside it, a small slit.

KetlinNarris: Sun. Maybe that was a good sign. He's like to see the sun sometime soon. "I'm going to place my hand there," he warned them both, then did so.

Copga Misal: "Tis a simple puzzle, boy. There is a slit... now what, preytell, do you have that could be put in it?" sighed the voice. Rather arrogant bastard, wasn't it?

KetlinNarris: "Only my sword. What kind of sick game is this?" he snapped, not liking the idea of giving up his sword despite his deficancies in its use.

Copga Misal: "Tis no game, simply prophecy. I promise you will not need it." the voice said, seeming slightly annoyed.

KetlinNarris: Goodness forbid he annoy the guy who was helping him. Aniane slid in his sword without further delay.

Copga Misal: At first nothing happened... but soon, the sun began to burn, with fire almost white. He could not remove his hand, but it was alright... to him, the fire was comfortingly warm. The sword and stone melted away into the sun, which slowly began to shrink. It continued to shrink, until it was nothing, leaving his closed upon where it had been open. His steel clad hands twitched slightly... wait... steel clad?

KetlinNarris: Aniane barred his teeth. This was a waste of time. He looked ahead and determined to finish this as quickly as possible.

Copga Misal: He came to a chamber of stone. It was about twelve feet by thirty. And in the center, as a small platform, where the light shown down from a whole in the ceiling on something...

KetlinNarris: His eyes darted quickly to the walls and ceiling for the purpose of spotting obvious traps (indiana jones!), but barring that he saw any, he stepped up the the pedastal to take a look at its occupant.

Copga Misal: Stabbed into a stone which beared the same symbol as the door, was a glamorous long sword. To pretty to be human crafted, most likely elven. Its handle was golden, the coils of a dragon designed in perfect detail. The guard was that of the dragon's head, which seemed to breathe fire as the blade, with a large red ruby for the eyes. The blade was a mirrored variety, untarnishable... a very fine sword. His gauntlets seemed to react to them...

Copga Misal: *it

Copga Misal: "Impressed?"

KetlinNarris: "Who am I not to be impressed?" he deffered.

KetlinNarris: Aniane wished he had pockets to put his unrully hands into.

Copga Misal: "A good answer, chosen one. Few have seen... a sword of such calibur." came the voice again. Though mental, the voice was surely in the room...

KetlinNarris: Aniane cleared his voice. "And I doubt you've seen anyone quite as awful as I am at swordsmanship."

Copga Misal: "no, not in all my days... I've seen much worse." it came, with a sense of humor. "And now, I ask you... shall you take up the blade of courage, and fulfil prophecy, or merely search for a way out?"

KetlinNarris: The boy shook his fire-red hair. "What's to say I'm the one? I've already got another mission." He didn't turn away though, because rather than a rejection it was a request for clarificacion or initiative. He wasn't one to walk away, but he also wasn't one to forget his original purpose by falling for some idealistic fantasy that fell in his lap.

Copga Misal: "and what if I where to say that with this quest, you can do whatever you like with the power you shall gain?" came the voice questioningly.

KetlinNarris: "That can't help me now. I have to find the source of the problem. Listen, who are you to question me? I've been thrown into this, and if I'm to take on a big responsibility of any sort I'd like a decent explaination."

KetlinNarris: (thats my little boy hehe)

Copga Misal: "I am Kri'neera, fool boy, And I put myself into high risk, allowing you too...too.." the voice was loud, and suddenly cut.

KetlinNarris: "Hello?" Aniane asked, jumping up unto the pedestal.

KetlinNarris: (like a monkey!)

Copga Misal: "...please refrain from breaking the pedestal. I do hate it when you humans allow me to clatter on the ground... yes, I am Kri'neera, the Blade of Courage."

KetlinNarris: Aniane seriously doubted his light weight would break anything of the sort. He looked down at the sword curiously, bending over it.

"I didn't realize. What exactly do you expect me to do with you anyway?"

Copga Misal: "Well, according to the prophecy, when the true chosen one draws me, something interesting is to happen, and we will embark on some quest..." he said sheepishly.

KetlinNarris: "And what happens if I'm not the choosen one? If it involves death I'm not going to risk it. YOu'd think the chosen one would have some sort of sign that he was such." Aniane's red eyes critically scowered the room and the pedestal.

Copga Misal: "You still have hands after passing through the sun panel." he said simply.

KetlinNarris: "And is that a sign?" the boy challenged pointedly.

Copga Misal: "You also have gauntlets of courage, a pure heart-" goblin hoots cut him off. "And have very little other choice but to draw me."

KetlinNarris: "So you don't know then," he guessed, but wrapped his hands solidly around the handle and pulled straight up, a bit hard for a boy no full grown yet.

Copga Misal: The sword came out with simple ease, and was actually quite light... it came almost natural to him how to hold it. "Now, boy, this shall be a test. Fight the goblins. If you win, we assume you're the chosen one." the sword spoke, but only to him.

KetlinNarris: (he has powers, will that interfer with how you/we treat them together?)

KetlinNarris: Aniane didn't answer but jumped at the first goblin as it entered, hoping to limit the number that could get through the entrance at once.

Copga Misal: (powers? such as?)

Copga Misal: the goblin squealed, before the blade cut into his skull, slitting it down the front. A gush of blood, and then a thud as the body collapsed. The other goblins barked angrily.

KetlinNarris: (mh. His power comes from the sun/sunlight whatever, and its generally to control fire and manipulate special fire storms in the desert he was born in)

KetlinNarris: (he can use power when not in sunlight, but it pulls on his personal reserves instead)

KetlinNarris: This is a heck of a lot easier than last time Aniane realized in relief, then stepped lightly after the next with far less worry. Relax a little. Maybe the sword is helping.

Copga Misal: (hmmm, nice)

KetlinNarris: (me response or his power? lol)

KetlinNarris: (*my)

Copga Misal: Kri'neera's blade seared cut through flesh and bone with ease, as goblin after goblin proved unwourthy of the swordsman, the final two running for it. "well... you can handle me well. I assume you are the chosen." he stated blankly.

Copga Misal: (both)

KetlinNarris: (yay!)

KetlinNarris: Aniane panted. Ease or not, the excitement taxed his beaten body and made his eyes light up like flames. "Now what?"

Copga Misal: "Well, I guess I should tell you alittle about the quest... or rather, you tell me alittle about yours."

KetlinNarris: "I suggest we find a way out." he countered.

Copga Misal: "Then tell me as you wander back the way you came." it answered, rather curiously.

KetlinNarris: "I don;t know how I got here," Aniane isisted, strolling back through the tunnel with the blade in one hand, trailing inches off the ground ahead of him because of his hieght and at ease approach.

KetlinNarris: *insisted

Copga Misal: "You'll get out all the same. Tis fate. Now, I shall ask again... what is your quest?"

Copga Misal: (impetuous sword, neh?)

KetlinNarris: (yes lol) "Not now. Could you by any chance help?" Aniane trotted lightly on the balls of his feet in the dirrection opposite the one he had come and examined the room for an exit. "How did you know I was here? Can you see?"

Copga Misal: "I can see clearly... hmm. Up is a good assumption."

KetlinNarris: Aniane tried to judge the distance. "Doesn't look very doable."

Copga Misal: "...hmm. Point taken..." it said in thought. "EY!? Anyone down there?!" came a voice from above.

KetlinNarris: Aniane cupped one hand over his mouth. "HERE!" he shouted, "Could you help us?!" He added to the sword, "you dont by chance come with a sheath do you?"

Copga Misal: "That I do." it said simply, a sheath having mysteriously found its way on the boy's back. "Alright, hold on..." came the voice, as a rope was tossed down.

KetlinNarris: He sheathed the sword carefully, then grabbed unto a rope. I already know Im no good with ropes. Oh well. I wonder if it's morning up there? he thought as he secured himself and attempted to climp upwards.

Copga Misal: the rope was pulled along with his climbing, and he soon came fourth out of the well. The morning sun was starting to come over the horizon, as a cloaked figure still clenched the rope.

KetlinNarris: (an npc or another char? just curious)

Copga Misal: (alittle of both)

KetlinNarris: THe boy hoisted himself over the edge of the well, rolling heedlessly over the ground before looking up at the stranger. "Thanks," he said, blinking away the darkness he'd left.

Copga Misal: "Tis no problem." the man smiled and nodded. He caught glimpse of the boys banded hands and sword. "Well now..."

KetlinNarris: "I've run into a bit of adventure. Could you tell me where I am?" He stretched to his feet, self conscious of the fact that there was only one place his red hair, red eyes, and bleached tan clothing wouldn't mark him as a foreigner.

Copga Misal: "The kingdom of Zenkania, chosen one." smirked the man, as his cloak opened to reveal a sword upon his belt. Beside it, he placed the coiled rope. "Kri'neera, this is the child?" he asked curiosuly. "I assume..."

KetlinNarris: Krynera. I've got to start remembering that. "I think you'd better tell me who you are next."

Copga Misal: "This, my impetuous wielder, is Jacen, Jacen Lightstep." Kri'neera announced, as the elven ranger pulled back his hood. Yeah, he was an elf alright, the ears, blonde hair, blue eyes, and well chiseled features gave him right away. "A pleasure to meet you." he smiled and nodded, holding out a hand.

KetlinNarris: Aniane tilted his head to the side and glanced up at the sky before looking fully at Jacen. He didn't know what an elf was, but he did notice the ears and general impression the man gave him. He reached out and took his hand, shaking it once. "Sorry, but just because you pulled me out of the well and know a talking sword doesn't make you an angel straight out of heaven."

KetlinNarris: * he apologized.

Copga Misal: The elf laughed at this. "I like the way you put things, young master."

KetlinNarris: "And I like the sound of your voice. So, what sort of place is this?"

Copga Misal: "This would be a simple trail, leading towards the small village of Eversfall." he pointed out.

KetlinNarris: Aniane looked around at the scenery but didn't otherwise respond.

KetlinNarris: (aniane just suffered the pun of "fire-y disposition")

Copga Misal: (tee hee)

Copga Misal: It was mostly a wooded trail, the well being an odd thing that stuck out in contrast to the rest. In the distance, white smoke could be seen, coming from some kind of smoke stack.

KetlinNarris: (and then a vague, indirect pun about going in to heat *cough*)

Copga Misal: (LOL!)

KetlinNarris: "Is that where you live?" he asked, trying to get them going in that direction.

KetlinNarris: (well yeah I uh...when I create dhim I uh...played a sort of joke on him like that ^_^)

Copga Misal: (lmao)

KetlinNarris: (^,,^)

Copga Misal: "I live hear, young master." he smiled. "But I assume you'd prefer to see the town... assume meaning Kri'neera continues to bug me too." he smirked, and began walking towards the town.

KetlinNarris: "You like the town, Krynera?" he asked, hoping after the elf.

Copga Misal: "Not really. Just the fact that it's a close settlement, and most quests begin with an interesting event in a small town."

KetlinNarris: Aniane stopped abruptly. "I don't want an interesting event. I want rest."

Copga Misal: "Don't you read? The hero always sleeps and gets provisions first." ...lied the sword.

Copga Misal: (tee hee)

KetlinNarris: Aniane headed at a right angle to the town. "You're too adventure happy. I'm not following your directions. We're going this way. Through the woods."

KetlinNarris: After spending some amount of time in the woods, Aniane reluctantly agreed to head into a town for supplies and that sort of thing. He doubted that the first town they came to would prove to be adventure, just because he had a special sword with him.

KetlinNarris: So now h walked down the main road, taking casual stock of the people and buildings around him.

Copga Misal: The people seemed to pause all about him. They first eyed his sword, and then him, then his elven companion. It was odd, how all commotion seemed to stop... all eyes where on him, as whispers of the chosen went about. The elven smiled. "you're already famous boy."

KetlinNarris: Aniane set his jaw, biting back a reply. Instead... "hey look a coffee shop."

Copga Misal: "Indeed, Aniane. Let us go in." he offered, walking ahead for the doors. KetlinNarris: "It's been a while since I've seen coffee anywhere. Usually it's tea and the people hav enever heard of it. I thought only..." There were too many people watching him, so he sighed and shut up. If he knew how to mind-talk like Kri did, he would have been talking just with the elven sword.

Copga Misal: "The coffee is rather nice here." Kri'neera chuckled in his mind, as they entered the shop. The inhabitants where much like those outside. That is, minus a man at a table. He smiled, waving them over to two open chairs... amazing, considering that six men in ornate armor at in six others.

KetlinNarris: "This already reeks of adventure," Aniane admited in a whisper to Kri and Jacen. he sat down anyway, nodding politely to the man who'd waved them over.

Copga Misal: "Hello my friend, can we get you anything? Milk? Coffee?" the older man asked with a gentle smile. He war slightly more ornate armor than those around him, though they each had a golden emblem on their right brest.

KetlinNarris: "No thankyou," he declined. "I came in here with that idea but now Im more curious about yourself.

KetlinNarris: "

Copga Misal: "I see, too the point. I like that." chuckled the old man, leaning back in his seat. "May I first see your sword? I must make sure it's authentic." Jacen nodded to him, letting him know this was a man he could trust.

KetlinNarris: It was a good thing Jacen nodded, for Aniane had been ready to decline more rudely than he ahd the coffee. Instead, he pulled out Kri, thrilling at the sound it made against its sheath. He couldnt help smiling when he held it towards te stranger, letting Kri rest lightly on outstretched plams.

KetlinNarris: *palm.

KetlinNarris: s

KetlinNarris: arg lol

Copga Misal: He took the blade lightly, but soon had his thoughts corrected, as the sword overwhelmed him. He let out a loud yelp as the blade plummeted down, cutting through the table, causing all to stand. Sparks flew as it embeded itself in the stone floor, the eye swirling with fire. "Than it trully is Kri'neera!" called the man excitedly, glee filling his eyes. Jacen explained in whisper. "Only the chosen can even lift the sword, otherwize it will feel as if it weighed more than anything you can imagine."

KetlinNarris: "Then he shouldn't have tried," Aniane grumbled, feeling offended that he had let Kri'neera drop like that and cause unecessary damage. The boy realized he would not have felt this way before weilding Kri. Containing his scorn, he felt a lot better once he had picked Kri back up and replaced it in the sheath. He crossed his arms, staring at the soldier. he cleared his throat. "Anything else?"

Copga Misal: "Yes... we have an invitation from the castle, chosen." bowed the soldiers, handing him an offical invite. "We will even offer transportation!"

KetlinNarris: Aniane blinked. Castle? What was that? But he opened the invitation and upon reading it, gathered that it was very important he go. "You were waiting for me?" he asked in a surprised voice. "How did you know I was coming?"

Copga Misal: "Why, it's prophecy." he smiled, still bowing.

KetlinNarris: "I'm afriad I'll be needing your transportation either way. I don't know where the castle is."

Copga Misal: They nodded. "We will be waiting at the stables, young hero." bowed the man once more, before they headed off.

KetlinNarris: "Jacen.... I dont know where the stables are."

Copga Misal: "Don't worry, I know. They are just giving us time to get our bearings straight."

KetlinNarris: ANiane sighed and ordered some coffee. "I think Im going to need your help all the way, Jacen. You know far more about this than I do."

Copga Misal: "It would be my honor, friend." he smiled, ordering his own coffee.

KetlinNarris: Aniane laughed. "Yeah. Honor. Great."

Copga Misal: Aniane found himself in a state of misbelief in his room. Infront of him, as if staring evilly and mocking him. He had been invited... to the ball. In his honor. THat, and the fact it was the princesses birthday. A Princess would be here. Along with the rest of the royal family!

KetlinNarris: "kri," he whispered, "I don't like this at all."

Copga Misal: "Don't worry so much, young one. It's just a dance. Put on the clothes." Kri'neera lightly chuckled.

KetlinNarris: Aniane closed the door behind him and unbuckled the sheath. He frowned disaprovingly at the sword. "That's not making it any better. Even if I could dance," he grumbled as he changed, "I don't know what else I'm supposed to do as the honored guest, and even if i knew THAT, I don't like the fact that it's in my honor at all."

Copga Misal: (argh sorry for the delay)

Copga Misal: (got distracted)

Copga Misal: "Don't worry. It will turn out fine. Besides, just be a nice person, shake hands with some people, smile and laugh at their jokes." Kri'neera encouraged.

KetlinNarris: (sok)

KetlinNarris: "What if I dont understand their jokes?"

Copga Misal: "I'll tell you to laugh then." he jestered.

KetlinNarris: Aniane sighed angerily. "It's just creepy. What sort of outfit is this, anyawy?" he asked, refering to the clothes they'd given him to change into. Ones that fit perfectly, at that. "I suppose we'll manage anyway. But I dont like the whole of it."

Copga Misal: Kri'neera muttered something inaudbile, before a knock came at the door.

KetlinNarris: Aniane opened the door slowly. He had just finished dressing, and hadn't had a chance to straighten anything. He peered out around the door to see who it was.

Copga Misal: It was Jacen, in formal human attire. It suited him... course, anything suited an elf. "Master Aniane, you are wanted in the ball room."

KetlinNarris: He opened the door the rest of the way. "If I look presentable," he agreed formally. "I dressed as fast as I could."

Copga Misal: Jacen took a moment to straighten out the attire on him. "Presentable is to less a word, young master." he smiled

KetlinNarris: "Thankyou. Is there anything I should...know to do?" he asked uncomfortably.

Copga Misal: "You will be fine... just bow before the royal family." Jacen patted his shoulder, leading him out.

KetlinNarris: "Jacen," he reprimanded slightly, "I dont know what they look like. I've a prefect right to be nervous. I'm only 13 and they expect so much of me."

Copga Misal: "They're the ones with the crowns and robes." he hinted as they walked into the ever growing noise of the ball room. The orchestra was playing, the sound of talking was filling the hall.

KetlinNarris: "I...I don't know how to bow, either," he whispered, then turned is attention to the swirling room. All in all, it looked fun, even if it was a possible waste of his time. He had two quests to fulfill if he was really the chosen one.

Copga Misal: Jacen smirked. With a swift blow to the stomach, he caused the boy to hunch over slightly. "Do that without me hitting you." he mentioned, as they entered the grand ball room., The murals on the ceiling where breath taking... the dresses of the women matched the vibrant beauty of their wearers... and then, all eyes where on them. All seemed to scutinized the boy.

KetlinNarris: Just as he was recovering from the punch, too. He had to gasp one before he could really look about. Then he just blushed. He blushd so darkly that it actually showed up on his sun-treated skin.

Copga Misal: "Is this the chosen?" came a warm, elderly voice, as the croud parted. A sturdy man with a flowing cape walked forward, a golden crown upon his head. Jacen bowed.

KetlinNarris: Aniane backed up a step, then remmebered better manners and bowed as well, although a little lower than Jacen had told him to. he could feel he was flushing.

Copga Misal: The king laughed, placing a hand on him, allowing him to straighten up. He scrutinized with a smile, nodding approvingly. "You look the part, my sturdy young boy. Meet my wife, queen of this land." he smiled, as a beautiful, though older woman stepped up offering her hand. Kri'neera whispered. "Kiss her hand."

KetlinNarris: He did, managing to bow at the same time. His blood pressure just wouldnt go down. If he weren being stared at, he might have felt more equal even in front of a king and queen.

Copga Misal: The crowd applauded, as the king called for the dance to continue, and bid him to dance and enjoy himself... and danced off with his wife. Jacen smiled and let him be, as he felt a tap on his shoulder.

KetlinNarris: He cold feel his face already growing cooler as he turned to see who had tapped him.

KetlinNarris: *could

Copga Misal: his face would not stay that well, as the most beautiful girl he had ever seen stood infront of him. Her long blonde hair seemed almost angelic, her beuatiful blue eyes seeming to warm his heart. Her white dress was flowing... dear lord. She blushed slightly. "Um... are you dancing with anyone, mr.hero?"

KetlinNarris: "My name is Aniane," he managed to reply. One would have thougtht his skin was originally red by now.

Copga Misal: She smiled. "Artecia..." she gave a slight curtsy. "Is... anyone dancing with you?"

KetlinNarris: He shook his head and held out his hands. "I'm not familar with dancing... I hope you can forgive me for it," he mumbled. "I'll try though."

Copga Misal: She smiled, still blushing a bit, she took his hands and placed them where to be... and then he took lead? They seemed to glide, to her astonishment. "Wow...you're good." she stuttered slightly. "Modest too..."

KetlinNarris: He almost stopped dancing then. They only thing that saved him was that he was really enjoying it. He grinned cockily, "I am not. I dont know what's come over me."

Copga Misal: She blushed slightly, laughing alittle. Cute and a good dancer... she thought to herself, as she allowed him to lead her. The dance turned to a spin, which Aniane still found himself performing expertly, as she was rolled into a dip and pulled back up. Her face showed excitement.. fun. She was enjoying it as much as he.

KetlinNarris: Which was becoming a bit of a feat, actually. Aniane was feeling light-headed. He was confused over suddenly being able to dance, but at the same time he stopped caring so much about it. He was having a blast! He cold do this forever!

Copga Misal: The dance ended rather abruptly, with a final spin that brought her tightly against him, her hands against his chest. She looked up at him with a blush, as the lights dimmed, the music slowing.

KetlinNarris: He let her go a bit. "Another dance?" he asked, "Or am I stealing the princess away?"

Copga Misal: She blushed, only able to nod coyly. "You realize you just asked the princess to a slow dance, don't you?? ...very unusual, unless in courting, and I'd have expected her to slap you, seeing as she barely knows you... but she didn't. Curious." Kri'neera pondered allowed, as Aniane found himself start to sway.

KetlinNarris: I really really wish I could talk back to that sword. Its not fair that only he gets to talk when Im around other people. Ah well. I'll ask him about it later. Slow dances are for talking, arent they? "I was being honest, before," he began in a low voice, in case talking wasn't proper after all. "I didn't know I could dance. Of course, I didn't know I was the chosen one, either." Hmnn... about that...

Copga Misal: She blushed, looking down at her feet. "Even so... you seem like a natural..." she said, still abit coy, as she swayed with him. She seemed abit nervous... had she never been asked to a slow dance?

KetlinNarris: "I've never taken lessons," he addmitted, sounding a bit nervous himself, "I thought I was going to make a fool of myself. Still, I was glad you asked..."

Copga Misal: She blushed a little deeper crimson, as she seemed alittle closer to him now. "I'm glad you accepted..." she said, still rather coyly. ""She's nervous, Aniane... comfort her." Kri'neera poked.

Copga Misal: (not physically)

KetlinNarris: (lol ok)

KetlinNarris: "Of course I did. Even if you werent a princess, you're beautiful. I woud have to be crazy not to..." When does this song end? I think I need a break, Aniane thought, drawing her a bit closer. Besides, I don't want to be the holy grail of town gossip.

Copga Misal: "You're to kind." she said, alittle softer, and less coy. She now leaned against him, arms wrapped around his neck, her head resting on his shoulder, as she gently swayed.
"Well now, such a charmer, Aniane. You have a very smooth speech ability." Kri'neera said matter of factly. The song was beginning to wind down,but still had some left. "...How long... are you going to be here?" asked Artecia, quietly.

KetlinNarris: Aniane's heart was in his throat, or else his head had left entirely. Yes, he definately was feeling light headed. Odd. Not quite himself. "Um... I don't know..." he sounded like he could be convinced to stay forever, if she were but to ask.

Copga Misal: "Oh..." she sounded sad at the thought of him leaving her. And then, the music died down, the lights filling the room. The pair found themselves alone for six feet in a perfect circle, as all began to clap.

KetlinNarris: Aniane tried to ignore the clapping. It wasnt helping his state of mind any. he held her close a moment longer so as to suggest in a whisper, "Let's geta drink," then let go. I've already screwed up. I;ve drawn more attention to myself and embarrassed the princess. I need a break. Now.

Copga Misal: "Bow now." Kri'neera commanded, as the princess still held his hand and awaited for him to bow aswell. "You can make this look much more formal in doing so."

KetlinNarris: He obeyed immediately, feeling stupid for not doing it on instinct. He tried to match her bow, a sense of strange foreboding growing within him. THe room had changed for him. Everything was different, and he was beginning to sense that it was just him.

Copga Misal: Before more words could be exchanged, the princess was called to her parents, her hand lingering slightly in his before running to them. She then announced that the hour was late for her, and that she would go to bed... and was soon out of site. Jacen tapped his shoulder, then whispered. "Very well done, my friend."

KetlinNarris: "Thankyou... I... I'm going to bed too. Goodnight." Normally, he might have exchanged more words, but insted, he made to slip out as fast as possible.

Copga Misal: Jacen nodded and escorted him out before the men could come over and converse. They returned to where Aniane had gotten dressed, Jacen shutting the door behind them.
"Simply Outstanding." Kri'neera announced aloud.

KetlinNarris: Damn. I wanted to be alone. "Yeah. Im not really sure what happened," he admitted, curling up in a sitting position at the foot of the bed.

Copga Misal: Jacen, oddly nodded to him. "Good night, young master. If you need me, I'll be in my room." and with that, he stepped out. "Elves are empathic, young one."

KetlinNarris: "Empathic?"

Copga Misal: "They can feel intent. Don't take it as if he was offended though." Kri'neera assured him. "Perhaps you shoud rest."

KetlinNarris: Aniane unhooked the sheath from around him and layed it next to him on hte bed. "I can try," he sighed, knowing it wouldnt work. "Are you empathic, too?"

Copga Misal: "You could say that... I can sneak alook into my wielders thoughts, if I wish to." it replied.

KetlinNarris: Aniane thought about this calmly, leaning his head back aganst the wall/bed. The rest of him wasn't calm, but it was worth a shot. "What else can you do?"

Copga Misal: "There's the part where I can wield you the same as you wield me... communicate, produce flame... a few other abilities I'd rather you find out later." it recalled. "It's best if you get some rest for the moment... I will wake you in a few hours."

KetlinNarris: Aniane jumped off the bed. "Then you're the cause of all my dancing," he realized, pacing a bit.

Copga Misal: "I only augmented it. You already had potential... balance, co-ordination..."

Copga Misal: (be best if he rests before anything happens ^_~)

KetlinNarris: (Yeah but he cant!)

KetlinNarris: (I think I have to cook dinner. in and out.)

KetlinNarris: "Oh well...I guess that;s good to know.."

Copga Misal: (kk)

Copga Misal: "I'd assume it is...hmmm. Interesting..." he said, trailing.

KetlinNarris: "what?" Aniane asked rather quickly.

Copga Misal: It laughed slightly. "She misses you."

KetlinNarris: "I miss her," Aniane mumbled to himself. He stopped to clse his eyes and think, but he didnt like what he was thinking OR feeling, and had to stop.

Copga Misal: Aniane suddenly felt his eyes open suddenly. "It's about time." tched the sword.

KetlinNarris: "I've got a headache," he noticed. That was he bloodpressure going through the roof. Aniane sighed. He knew what was happenng, but there was basically no way to stop it. ANd no way he was getitng to sleep tonight.

KetlinNarris: *his

Copga Misal: "You where out for a few hours, when you closed your eyes... partially my fault, but none the less."

KetlinNarris: "Damn you," he cursed. And none of it had gone away either. He was still "sick."

Copga Misal: "You needed it... oh, and I took the liberty of having you change." he said innocently, the boy now in his usual attire.

KetlinNarris: "What?" Oh...

KetlinNarris: the poor boy looked dazed.

Copga Misal: "You need to go to the courtyard..."

KetlinNarris: "What for?" he demanded.

Copga Misal: "Because..."

KetlinNarris: "Ok where is it?" Aniane asked, putting the sheath back on. "Hey wait a minute you cntrolled me from a distance. That hardly seems fair."

Copga Misal: "It comes with practice. Same with you. You may learn to do the same thing." Kri'neera replied. "You know the way... you'll walk right to it."

KetlinNarris: "Is thre trouble?" he asked, letting himself walk there. Hmn. He would chose to veiw their bond as convenience. He was, after all, stuck with it.

Copga Misal: "Possibly..." Kri'neera replied, as they entered the large courtyard. It was mostly empty, minus the outlaying trees and grases...except by the fountain, a glimmer came off of something... the moon was full.

KetlinNarris: Aniane drew Kri'neera. Why not? And went to investigate, walking quietly on tip-toes, something he had alwys been able to do.

Copga Misal: The blade was silent... the glimmer came off of a small blade, held by a crouched, cloaked figure.

KetlinNarris: Aniane stepped in full veiw of the figure, his own blade drawn and his stance drawn up but ready for a confrontation. He was hoping the cloaked figure would say something to identify it as a friend.

Copga Misal: The figure let out a yelp of suprise, falling over backwards, she stuttered words. "Oh god please don't kill me!" she said, though not in a scream. Funny... she sounded like the princess. The dagger lay beside the fountain, seemingly glowing with the moonlight....

KetlinNarris: Aniane pounced so that he had both feet panted over her. He leaned over, blade extended carefully to the side. "Hello there!" he greeted. "Glad we're already friends," he commented somewhere between mean and unecessarily happy.

Copga Misal: She shuttered, then blinked. "Aniane..?" she asked, pulling back her hood. It was Artecia... what the bloody hell was she doing out this late?

KetlinNarris: "Good morning," he greeted. "Would you like up?" OOC: yes I know its night, so does he

Copga Misal: (would you like up??)

KetlinNarris: (help getting up)

KetlinNarris: Aniane extended his free hand.

Copga Misal: (oh)

Copga Misal: "Y-yes... by god, you scared me, Ani." she sighed, holding a hand up to him.

KetlinNarris: He took it, and pulled her up, stepping back like a gentle man. He didnt particularly feel like a gentle-man. "I meant to scare you. Sorry."

Copga Misal: She blushed for a moment, and then turned to the moon. "Ani... do you belive in... fate?"

KetlinNarris: "Of course I do. Fate is tantamount to duty. why?"

KetlinNarris: (Just so you know. His name has an n-yeh in it. Anyane)

KetlinNarris: (ñ)

Copga Misal: (oh. an-yeh?)

KetlinNarris: (eh, nevermind. Its a spanish letter

KetlinNarris: )

KetlinNarris: (I think you might have it tho)

Copga Misal: (so, how is the pronounciation? I always said "annie-en)

KetlinNarris: (ehehe. Anyeh-aine. One syllable)

KetlinNarris: (An-yah-aine really fast)

KetlinNarris: (2 syllables, excuse me)

Copga Misal: (oh)

KetlinNarris: (lol)

Copga Misal: (then she's been calling him An, like on)

Copga Misal: (instead of Ani)

KetlinNarris: (oki. that was why I mentioned it *nods)

Copga Misal: "Well... if that's true, then I wonder how you would respond to this... it is said, that the chosen one would fall to love someone from the very kingdom...someone important..."

KetlinNarris: Aniane stepped back. he didn't want to get himself in trouble,and he felt he was about to.

Copga Misal: "...the princess. to be precise..." she said, turning to him, she looked to the ground with a blush. "I didn't want to believe, I had no choice in who I love... but I... I..." she stuttered slightly. It was a tense moment. Even tenser when Kri'neera spoke to him. "BY THE PIT!"

KetlinNarris: Aniane almost dropped Kri then. He;d forgotten he was holding the sword. "WHat where?" he asked. Was that curse he was unfamilar with, or a warning of some enemy? Confused and incredibly light-headed, he twirled around to look.

Copga Misal: "Damn you, cursed Raven!" it cursed in his mind, at a solitary bird, which sat on a limb, looking rather offended...

Copga Misal: "Wh-what, Aniane?"

KetlinNarris: Aniane backed up into her as he explained, "Kri shouted at me..."

Copga Misal: "ANIANE! Prepare to defend yourself!" Kri'neera called. Aniane didn't have to ask... on the horizon, an... army? Yes, an army, covered by dark cloud was coming... coming fast.

KetlinNarris: He thought of the princess first. "Run!"

KetlinNarris: (btw, that fire thing with the sword, thats supposed to be somewhat a thing they do together, snce his pwers are all fire and all )

KetlinNarris: (least that was what I was thinking)

~~~Chat~~~
Copga Misal: (Chaos Legion) Tanos peered down on the castle indifferently, his dark steed pawing at the earth. It craved blood... and it would have it. He eyed his generals for a moment, nodding for them to give the signal. The men knew the (m)
Copga Misal: objectives: The dagger, and if possible, the princess. But more than anything, to stay out of his way, and take on the army of the kingdom.
ketlinnarris: (my turn?)
Copga Misal: (still going, hold plz)
Copga Misal: (Castle Winya) The guard assembled all about, the drawbridge drawn up. Archers took positions, mages aswell, combined with priests. The whole place was preparing for battle... Aniane was mostly unnoticed. The Elven Ranger Jacen(m)
Copga Misal: Stood beside him, awaiting his actions.
Copga Misal: (fin)
ketlinnarris: Aniane turned to Jacen. "I can help, but I don't want to get in the way of the archers. Really, I can help. Kill a whole bunch at once. It looks like you need that."
Copga Misal: "Then we shall take to the embattlements... they have yet to charge." he nodded, running fourth, beckoning him to follow.
ketlinnarris: Aniane followed, of course!
MootaScara: The two gernals sat as dark shadows upon the inky mounts. One slender, dangerous like a fine dagger. The other large and brutal, like a hallbard. Darmnack, the larger of the two raised his sword high and gave forth a monsterous (m)
MootaScara: yell as he brought his sword back down. The chaos legions sprang into action, The many rows of archers loosing their venimous stings. A rain of death showering through the air to the castle.
MootaScara: Moira, the slender one reamind still and silent beside her master through Dramnacks thunder.
MootaScara: (sorry bout the delay, phone rang then people arrived)
Copga Misal: (np)
Copga Misal: The arrows rained about, hitting the unlucky and unwitted and bringing with them death and injury... the arrows where obliged by a similar barrage, hitting many, but few fell... eerily, the arrows didn't seem to slow most of them(m)
Copga Misal: at all. They where coming with 60 ft... Aniane now had his chance, as Jacen let loose a few arrows at well at Darmnack, who all but swatted them away.
ketlinnarris: Aniane stood in front of the castle's forces, careful that he didn't harm them. He drew Kri'neera, but he didn't plan to use him: instead, he stretched both arms out and looked up at the sky. (m)
~~~~Chat~~~

MootaScara: (wb) ketlinnarris: Shoot. It's night. Ah well. Gathering as much strength as he could, Aniane concentrated at the task at hand. His concentration came to life as a big explosion of fire covering a large area in te midst of the troops even as his Kri'neera leaped into flames. Even Aniane gasped. ketlinnarris: (-his)

MootaScara: Darmnack roared again, raising and lowering his sword as before, the horsmen reared and stampeeded over the crest of the hill towards the castle, they would breach the walls and bash open the gates. Anaines fire, though (m)

MootaScara: Though impressive, only served to give them more reason to get into the castles keep.

MootaScara: Moira smirked faintly, sitting peacefully on her mount beside Tanos. She raised a hand and waved it like she were waving away a bad smell, and a large wind blew up, sending the fire back against the castle and blowing it out gradual

MootaScara: ly.

ketlinnarris: Aniane was thankful he could control that. He could't control the wind, but he could control the fire: he had to dampen it a bit, but it held without spreading over to the castle.

Copga Misal: Tanos peered rather annoyed at the figure who had caused the flames, and now wielded a flaming sword. He lifted a hand rather nonchalantly, and flash his palm at the walls. The air infront of Tanos seemed to distort and twist, as(m)

Copga Misal: the wall began to do the same. Troops seemed unsure, some hopping off into the courtyard. Jacen grabbed Aniane and leaped with him, taking the brunt of the fall. The wall twisted and contorted like a vortex, those unlucky enough(m)

Copga Misal: to jump found themselves pulled in screaming, as the entire matter of wall and all on it ceased to be... Tanos lowered his hand. He looked rather unamused.

ketlinnarris: Aniane shook a bit. It was taking a lot to keep the fire from spreading with that wind. It might be best just to kill it entirely. It had already done the most damage it prolly would.

MootaScara: Darmnacks horsmen road right through where the wall had been, taking on those who remained.

MootaScara: Moira glanced up at her master, her scared face looking to see if he wished something of her yet.

Copga Misal: "Moira." he said quietly, not taking his eyes off the scene. "In the castle, there is the princess... find her. Bring her alive."

MootaScara: "Yes, My Lord Tanos.." She inclined her head to him, slowly fading into the shadows, her mount left behind. She reapeared within the castle, sword drawn, eyes searching sharply through walls and tapestries for her prey.

Copga Misal: Kri'neera began to glow brighter. "Listen to me, Aniane. Great evil is here.. the Dark Lord Tanos himself. For what, I do not know, but I think it might involve the princess. Now, prepare to defend yourself." (m)

Copga Misal: The fighting broke out all around, soldiers vs soldiers. Aniane was assaulted by one with a cape... a captain.

Copga Misal: Inside the castle, many ran from Moira... the princess would be in the tower. How typical. Guards attemped to flank her.

ketlinnarris: Aniane put out he fire entirely as he turned to teh first assailant. He aws very very tired, but it was a fight for his life.

MootaScara: Moiras dishaped pupil flared dareingly at the guards. Her sword circled up above her head, a blue flame ignighting along it's deadly edge and licking hungrily for the guards blood. A dark laugh tickled from her throat as the (m)

MootaScara: first of the guards fell. One after another, they stood no chance against her.

Copga Misal: The captain brought a hard slash from his two handed broadsword at Aniane, the blade giving off a sinister vibe... the man was good, but Aniane was better... he could feel it.(m) Copga Misal: Guards started to fall back from Moira, yelling to defend the princess at all costs as she came to the base of the tower.

ketlinnarris: Aniane pushed forwad against the gaurd, winning as fast as possible.

MootaScara: Moiras sword sang through the air leaving a blue trail of light behind it, guards dropping steadily as she toyed through them. Though she started to grow bord with this. Her eyes narrowed as her lips parted into a whispered song (m)

MootaScara: The guards having no choice but to grow very, very sleepy.

Copga Misal: Kri'neera's influence took hold, giving him renewed vigor and a rage untold. He brought a hard strike on the captain, easily cutting through his sword and armor with the super heated blade, he began to make his way skillfully(m)

Copga Misal: through soldier after soldier. Dancing death, was a perfect description as he avoid blow after blow...

Copga Misal: The guards where all sound asleep as Moira made her way up the stair case... now all that was in her way was a door.

MootaScara: She chuckled darkly, ignoring the door and fadding into the shadows to reapear on the other side of the door.

Copga Misal: Standing there, was the very renowned kind himself, armed with the family sword. Behind him, far against the wall, coward the Queen and the Princess... "Leave us be, foul witch!" he yelled. He had a power about him, (m)

Copga Misal: a strange aura... he was strong. But not near as strong as her, just to the point lesser enchantments where useless.

ketlinnarris: (is aniane there yet?)

MootaScara: "Witch..? Now that's not very nice," she purred darkly turning the scared side of her face closer to the king. "Especially from a Bastard whos assumed the thrown." A dark grin light her face.(m)

MootaScara: She turned the tip of her blue flamed sword in small cirlces at the king tauntingly as her lips began to move in another spell.

Copga Misal: (is he headed there?)

Copga Misal: (cause it'd be better if he stayed down)

MootaScara: (aye.. he live then...)

ketlinnarris: (he's not then. Too many ppl fighting him)

Copga Misal: The King brought the sword down at her with crushing power, confident in his abilities...

MootaScara: She caught his blade with her own one handed, pulling a dagger at the same time and slashing at his throat, a dark mist starting to fill the room about the king and Moira.

Copga Misal: He gurgled, the blood flowing from his wound, releasing the sword he gripped his neck, dropping to his knees. His expression showed that of shock and anger, as his wife and daughter shrieked.

MootaScara: Moira sneared down at the king cruely. "Pittiful... over confidant... weakling.." She laughed heartily. "You may have amused My Lord at your pathetic attempt, but not by much." (m)

MootaScara: "You!" She whirled to the daughter, her dagger dissapearing back into it's place. "You will come with me..."

Copga Misal: The queen looked about desperate. She took up a chair, telling her daughter to run, she dashed futily at Moira, as the princess Artecia stood back against the wall, looking for some way out...

MootaScara: Moira simply side stepped the queen with a twirl, the bright blue blade bighting into her back and ripping back out as Moira advanced upon the princess.

Copga Misal: The Princess found her only option.. she climbed in the window... and leaped for the courtyard below. "Look alive, young master!" yelled jacen, pointing at her falling form.

MootaScara: Moira jummped up to the windowsill and snapped her hand towards the princess the upwards again. A strong gust of wind blew her back up into Moiras reach. Her fingers clasped hard around her arm as both woman faded from (m)

MootaScara: the edge, back by Tanos' side. Moira smacked the hilt of her blade against the princess head knocking her out, then tossed her up over her horse, mounting back up.

Copga Misal: Tanos was rather pleased at the quick speed from which Moira had handled it... and then saw it, in the distance. The girl had dropped the...the.. THE DAGGER!? It lay before Aniane...

MootaScara: Moira glanced to Tanos, "A sleep mist sire...?"

Copga Misal: "...it would do no good." Tanos said, matter of factly. "Dramnack. Defeat the boy and take the dagger." came Tanos' voice. (your turn Mica!)

MootaScara: Darmnack saluted Tanos. "Yes Sir!" The beast of a man spurred his mount forwards, his eyes narrowing with his goal.

ketlinnarris: Dagger... If Kri stopped now, Aniane would collapse. Right now, some part of his half-crazed mind saw the dagger and picked it up in the midst of all the fighting.

MootaScara: The mount reared as Darmnack pulled it to a halt. Evil or not, he was still honerable. Dismounting the large man gruffly advanced on Anaine, sword drawn and singing for blood.

Copga Misal: All disperesed now to watch... good guy, bad guy, now they where all merely spectators. Kri'neera brought the sword into a defensive position.(come on, take a shot at a fight scene ^^)

MootaScara: The two swords clanged together forcibly, Darmnack pulling back and attacking again, his brute strength behind the blow.

ketlinnarris: Aniane panted, his eyes glowing almost unnatturally.

ketlinnarris: ANiane tried his best for speed and ducking. Physically, he couldnt match him. He weighed much less.

MootaScara: Darmnacks sword just barely missed Anaine, it's deadly song vibrating past him. He growled and recovered, though he'd only have enough time to block, and just barely.

MootaScara: Seing as Anaine hadn't been ready, Darmnack smashed the sword out of his hand while bringing his fist down on Anianes head. As the boy crumbled to the ground, Darmnack bent down reaching for the dagger.

Copga Misal: Suddenly, Darmnack felt it... vulnerability. The Clouds parted around him, casting down the full intensity of the full moon's light, almost blinding as all looked up... a form passed over it... a dragon? Then a bright flash(m)

Copga Misal: , as a form came hurtling down, drawing his sword along the way, he brought it down hard, shattering the courtyard floor, where he barely missed Darmnack, who had to leap out of the way. The figure had landed on one knee from(m)

Copga Misal: a fall of untold altitude. And simply stood, dusted himself off, and stared down the man, taking his silver sword in both hands. A soldier attacked... and was felled without it seemed a thought, an arc of blood the only thing(m)

Copga Misal: that signified a cut. "Baine Kallo..." gasped Jacen, dropping his sword in suprise.

MootaScara: (muwahahah! Baine! =fan girls in the croud cheer and wave hankies at him=)

Copga Misal: (tee hee. He had to show up some time.)

MootaScara: (lol aye.. or Mara would kill him latter... >.<)

Copga Misal: (heh)

Copga Misal: "Baine." Smiled Tanos as he stepped out from the crowd.

Copga Misal: "Tanos." Baine said with content hatred.

MootaScara: Darmnack wasn't so enlightend as Jacen, all he saw was a thorn in his and his masters side. He gripped his sword looking to Tanos.

Copga Misal: "He's mine." Tanos smiled, taking his sword into position. Baine matched it. They charged, both letting their blades sing through the air-

MootaScara: Darmnack bowed to Tanos, stepping out of the way, his eyes burning with a desire to fight this new arival. Though he eyed Baine somewhat nervously. Baine was definatly a powerful being.

ketlinnarris: (just so you know, Aniane doesnt really understand whats going on and Im not sure I know where he is right now)

MootaScara: Moira sat still upon her mount with the princess over her lap uncontious. Her eyes narrowed she watched her master and the stranger that so peeked his interest. This would be intriging in deed...

MootaScara: (he's uncontious I believe, lol Darmnack knocked him out)

Copga Misal: (either unconscious, or knocked aside)

ketlinnarris: (yay! Bout time he passed out. That boy did a number with tat fire and needed rest)

MootaScara: (lol)

ketlinnarris: (up to whether kri let him pas out or not)

Copga Misal: (another interesting fact: Tanos and Baine are uncannily alike in appearance)

MootaScara: (ooo! I know why I know why!)

Copga Misal: (tee hee)

ketlinnarris: (-.-;;)

MootaScara: (ok gar-gar... let the fight begin)

Copga Misal: It was almost freaky, how similar their initial fighting styles where... they charged forward, bringing powerful strikes that seered the air. When the blades met, the sound of metal on metal was punctuated by a loud echo, almost(m)

Copga Misal: a boom. They strained against eachother, putting all of their bodies into it, their heads inches from eachother. "Ah, you've gotten better, little brother." Tanos smirked, as Baine gritted his teeth.

MootaScara: (=growls hands twitching=)

ketlinnarris: (thank goodnes poor aniane isnt the only hero)

MootaScara: (lol)

Copga Misal: "As have you, big brother." With that, they pushed off eachother, holding stance, their feet skidded across the ground. Tanos held out a hand, launching a quick and deliberate fire ball at Baine, who simply charged through

Copga Misal: it, ignoring the seering burn, he tackled shoulder first into his brother, knocking him into a castle wall, and even through it. From the darkness of the castle, many sparks of blade on blade emitted, followed by a bright flash of

Copga Misal: light, punctuated with Baine hurtling out backwards, landing in a back roll, as Tanos came flying out... what kind of armor was that!?

MootaScara: (You are so damn lucky mara isn't here.....)

Copga Misal: Around him, a golden armor of unknown craftmanship had formed, the designs of dragons all about it, punctuated by metal dragon wings with about an 8 foot span coming out of the back. Tanos' sword had also changed, as Baine cursed

Copga Misal: "So, you are the Sun Dragon Knight?" He spat, as Tanos laughed. "So I am, so I am. Now die like a good boy..." he grinned darkly, as his sword glowed with energy. Baine spite ful glare slowly upturned...

Copga Misal: into a smile? It was soon followed by full blown laughter, as his brother frowned. "What about this do you find funny?" "Oh nothing, Tanos.. .minus the fact I have the advantage."

Copga Misal: "What...?" Tanos asked, as his frown gave way as realization hit him... it was a full moon, at night, and Baine was- Baine let out a powerful yell, one that caused everyone to take a step back, the shear power knocking the

Copga Misal: weaker off their feet. The moonlight shown down brilliantly on Baine, as his own armor, silver in color formed. It was now Dragon Knight vs Dragon Knight... only, one had the clear advantage over the other... Tanos wouldn't except

Copga Misal: the mere thought of it, and deliver a punishing blow at Baine... which was blocked with minor enthusiasm. Tanos put all of his power into it, grinding his teeth, as Baine blocked with simply one hand on the sword...

Copga Misal: The battle continued on, to all's disbelief, as Baine swatted about his older brother with untold ease... Tanos drug himself up one more time, groaning as he leaned on his sword. Even with a full moon Baine couldn't have this kind

Copga Misal: of power... unless... by the pit, how foolish could he be!? His eyes shifted to the dagger... it was glowing, the same glow which Baine had. It was fueling him! Cheating bastard... no, not cheating... he probably didn't even know

ketlinnarris: (thought Aniane picked it up)

Copga Misal: (he can still see it)

ketlinnarris: (oki doki)

Copga Misal: (pretty bright glow ^_~)

Copga Misal: Tanos had one obstacle to reach the dagger... Baine. "Moira, Darmnack, engage him... now."

MootaScara: Darmnack roared enthusiastically as his sword sang instantly for Baine. His eyes burned with blood lust and his body was fuled with the excitment from the recent batte.

MootaScara: Moira spurred her mount forwards through the gawking hords of people. Blue lightning lancing from her fingers to Baine.

Copga Misal: Baine's wings closed infront of him as the lightning hit, emcompasing them in the light. Then, expertly, he opened them wide, sending the bolts into the sky, all the while throwing Darmnack away like a rookie. That's when he felt

Copga Misal: it. A tap on his shoulder. He turned to see Tanos, holding the now fading dagger in hand. In the same instant, Tanos brought his sword down... hard. The cut was well practiced by Tanos... it would begin over the left eye, across

Copga Misal: the bridge of the nose, and end under the right... it opened an old wound for Baine... one he had inflicted long ago with a glaive...

Copga Misal: Baine let out a feral cry as he used the momentum to spin, bringing an upward strike at Tanos he had not forseen... it instead began under his left eye, across the bridge, and ended over his right...

Copga Misal: Tanos placed a hand to his face in disbelief... Baine had inflicted his own insult manuever...

Copga Misal: Both stood... unmoving...

MootaScara: (=as mara growls dangerously=)

Copga Misal: (lol)

MootaScara: (you have no idea how hard this is!!)

Copga Misal: Baine then did something unexpected... he dropped to his knee, clutching his chest in pain... he had used so much energy, and now he felt it was gone... The armor slowly dissipated into tendrils of smoke like energy, returning to

ketlinnarris: (AHAHHAHAHAHA eat that!)

Copga Misal: the sky. Tanos laughed darkly. "And Now, I end-...end...end.." he trailed. His armor glowed brightly, and did the same, as Tanos brought a hand to his face. "...blast." he stepped backwards uneasily, and then...

Copga Misal: collapsed.

MootaScara: (=breaths a sigh of releife=)

ketlinnarris: (psh. serves them both right. whatever happened to brotherly love?)

MootaScara: (mara got in the way ^-~)

ketlinnarris: (You cant believe how hard Im laughing righ tnow. I blieve it.)

Copga Misal: (lol, that and Tanos killing their parents and sister)

MootaScara: (aye....)

ketlinnarris: (so now what happen eh?)

MootaScara: Darmnack pulled himself up from where he'd fallen moving to Tanos' side offering him an arm up.

Copga Misal: "...Damn it. Get me... back to base." Tanos sighed, his eyes sliding shut, his body falling limp from exhaustion, however, his hand gripped tightly to the dagger...

ketlinnarris: (erm, is it a good thing that he has that???)

Copga Misal: Aniane found himself awakened... a familiar sword in hand. "Get up..."

Copga Misal: (nope)

ketlinnarris: "No," he complained. Which of course meant "why/"

ketlinnarris: *?

Copga Misal: "Because, you're about to witness the princess being stolen." Kri'neera persuaded.

MootaScara: Darmnack hefted Tanos over his shoulder, staggering under his weight. He whistled for his

MootaScara: mount and put Tanos over the saddle then hopped up behind. "To Base men! HYEA!!" His dark mount reared as they all yell and start retreating.

ketlinnarris: Aniane shot to his feet.

MootaScara: Moira turned her horse and spured it onwards, the princess in her lap. Her laugh echoed earily behind her as she and her horse faded from view into the shadows.

ketlinnarris: The boy looked around frantically for the princess. Unfortunately, there didnt seem any sort of way to get to her.

ketlinnarris: (he wants to say a bad word, but i wont let him)

Copga Misal: A caw came from above... the raven from before plumed itself. Kri'neera cursed in his mind at it again. Yet once more, it seemed offended... again.

ketlinnarris: "Should I....kill it?" Aniane asked Kri in somewhat of a dazed voice.

Copga Misal: "It's not much a matter of should, it's a matter of could." Kri'neera replied. "That Raven, is not what it appears... tis a phoenix. When you see them in that form, foreshadows death."

Copga Misal: (lol. Mica needs to meet Raziel one of these days)

ketlinnarris: He stepped towards the bird, but sheathed Kri'neera with a sigh. Then, he looked around at the battle feild, and the castle. Everything was a mess. He as a mess.

~~~Chat~~~
MootaScara: A haunting roar echoed from above as a ghostly figure detatched itself from the full moon and asended to earth like a moon beam. The large pale dragon aimed directly for Baine, those in the the way scatereing as the huge creater
MootaScara: came in for a landing.
MootaScara: creatur*
ketlinnarris: Aniane sat down.
MootaScara: With a worried sniffle Ithil nuzzled Baines hair, setteling her large form protectivly down around him, her tail curling up under his head as a pillow.
Copga Misal: He let out a low moan, as the blood continued to poor from his open wound. He was in weak and tired... but otherwize, in pretty good shape, minus some bruises. "Ithil'Loki... Lunar Dragon, for the unelven. Baine's dragon
Copga Misal: companion." Kri'neera informed.
ketlinnarris: "That doesn't tell me anything," Aniane mumbled. It was becoming very, very hard to concentrate.
ketlinnarris: bb in 30 and maybe in between
MootaScara: Ithil tucked her tail in close about Baine as a blanket to keep him warm, she lay the slender tip of her tail over his wound and put some pressure there to slow the bleeding then turned her head to Anain and Kri'neera.
MootaScara: (aww ok)
Copga Misal: "Ah, Ithil. Been many years." the sword called out to her.
MootaScara: "Has it now Kri'neera, and what mischife have you been into in all these years? You seemed to have dissapeard from the Bards lips after all this time..."
ketlinnarris: (erm) Aniane passed out, beginning to shiver deeply.
Copga Misal: "Well, after the last Chosen passed away, I have found myself put to seclusion." he muttered. "Can you help this one? He seems to be cold, and the guards to busy in morning to do anything else.
MootaScara: Ithil grumbled good naturedly and reached a large paw over scooping Anain up and pulling him into her protective coils. She let him rest on an upturned forepaw, her other covering him softly. She looked back to Baine with
MootaScara: a soft sigh. "Mara is not going to be please with you Baine.." she half chuckled. "But then she never is please when Tanos is envolved..." She looked back to the sword. "This boy is your chosen now?"
Copga Misal: "Yes. He's not the brightest, but he's got a good heart, and plenty of courage." Kri'neera responded. "I have long wondered what had come of you Dragon Knights... have Baine and Mara tied the knot yet?"
ketlinnarris: (tehehe. he needs warmth to get bette.r preferablly the frigen sun O.<)
MootaScara: "Aye.. not too long ago in fact..." what passed for a smile on a dragon light her face.
MootaScara: (lol well as tis night....)
ketlinnarris: (I know. OTherwise he wouldnt BE sick)
MootaScara: (aye)
Copga Misal: (*finishes tying a head band out of a sash, to keep his growing hair out of eyes*)
MootaScara: (lol ^-^ fun shtuff gar-gar)
Copga Misal: (^^ soon my hair will be looooooooooooong)
Copga Misal: (well, two of my charas are unconscious, and the other is just idle chit chat...)
MootaScara: (skip somewhere then? we could go to Mara and Orin and Goan just getting back. Mara could call Carad to them or soemthing)
Copga Misal: (the only way for Tanos is if we go there, and someone wakes him up. And Baine needs rest. Kri'neera is just a tad bit chatty)
Copga Misal: (sure)
ketlinnarris: (sounds goodish)
ketlinnarris: (they were just dropping off to sleep)
MootaScara: (aye ok I'll start it off then. I'll make it so you can catch up when you're ready or something if you're still away)
