Personality: Very quiet and humble, he is glad to take care of Karina.
History: Serr lived in a quiet village with his wife and young child. At a council meeting that he attended, the town met members of another town who claimed the land had previously belonged to their fore-fathers. When Serr's town would not give it to them, they took it by rampaging through the streets and killing/raping women and children. When Serr got to his house, his wife and child were already dead but the men who did it where still there. He incinerated everything and everyone in the house (and the house) but himself, and doesn't remember it. His village met in the middle around the grain houses and won, then sent him to the Council to learn about his powers. After he had been at the Council a few years, he volunteered to take care of Karina.
Power: Heat. Fire may produce heat but Serr's power IS heat.
