Mistake 
Poems written to myself 
Should of stayed on the shelf 
For only me to see 
That's how it should be 
I would of left them alone 
If I new what would come 
Now I feel yet more pain 
And I'm no longer sane 

I made a mistake what can I say 
But it caused some friends to leave 
And make me feel deceived 
In time that seemed like a day 

After so long together 
Too fast our friendship seems to wither 
I should of left the poems alone 
If I had it might of prevented these things from being done
